Job Description

A National Retail Organization is looking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to support the growing business. The corporate paralegal will be working closely with the General Counsel, managing contracts and supporting litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal to grow within an in-house legal department.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate EEOC, DOL, and litigation claims, recommending mitigation efforts.
• Assist with discovery, fact investigation, and maintaining evidence and records.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams and manage contract lifecycle.
• Prepare presentations and project-based work, ensuring compliance with certification programs.
• Conduct witness interviews, file legal documents, and manage legal agreements.

Qualifications:

• B.A. and Paralegal Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Experience in complex litigation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
