Visit us at: You are: We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, with an emphasis on campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating with writers and designers. You will act as a key team member delivering client solutions, confident in presenting and partnering with clients, and skilled in developing and executing innovative ideas. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects across various media, and be comfortable adopting new tools and technologies such as genAI. The work involves: Collaborating with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects Leading and managing content for various briefs across the client’s communication ecosystem Mentoring junior team members and ensuring quality standards Participating in new business development and account growth Structuring, presenting, persuading, and defending concepts in internal and client meetings Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience At least 3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience across all media including digital, social, film, longform content, and print Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and exceptional craft Experience working within a creative agency or similar industry environment Bonus points if you have: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients Experience in scaled AOR engagements Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC) Fluency in social media platforms and trends Experience using GenAI tools like Adobe Firefly in art direction and design Clear point of view on AI and advertising’s future Strong storytelling skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Additional information about compensation, benefits, diversity, inclusion, and legal statements are included in the original description and should be retained as is for completeness and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Accenture
