Who we are

We are an early-stage, venture-backed consumer products business founded by serial entrepreneurs with a successful record of operating and investing in health and wellness brands.

Our mission is to advance public health by producing superior alternatives to nicotine and tobacco products. These products serve as vastly healthier alternatives to smoking and vaping, and also as powerful cognitive-enhancing tools for high-performing individuals.

We are a lean, fast-moving team which prioritizes integrity and responsibility in everything we build. We have raised $3.8M in venture funding and launched in March 2025.

About the Position

Sett is seeking a Creative Director to craft how our brand shows up across every touchpoint— primarily visually but advise on copy. This is a leadership role for a boundary-pushing thinker who can translate strategy into storytelling and execute high-quality creative in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to craft a creative vision that drives growth, builds community, and challenges convention.

Key Responsibilities

Overview

You will oversee the brand’s visual identity and creative output across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll be hands-on in creating assets necessary to develop standout campaigns and ensure brand consistency across digital, physical, and experiential platforms.

Specific functions include but are not limited to:

  • Own and evolve Sett’s brand identity across packaging, site, ads, and social
  • Concept and direct creative campaigns for product launches, promos, and brand moments with input from the growth team.
  • Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to deliver high-performing creative
  • Maintain a high bar for design, copy, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a lightweight but scalable creative production pipeline
  • Be hands-on and self starting—designing and art directing necessary to execute ideas fast
  • Deliver creative—rolling up sleeves to design, iterate, and produce across channels

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Min 4–8 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or design, ideally in high-growth CPG, lifestyle, or DTC brands
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel campaigns that both build brand and drive performance
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, attention, and digital-first creative strategy
  • Experience working closely with growth teams and early stage businesses

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms—able to move quickly from concept to polished creative across formats
  • Visionary with strong creative instincts and taste
  • Fluent in brand-building across static, motion, digital, and physical formats
  • A maker at heart—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to clearly articulate and sell in ideas
  • Fast, resourceful, and detail-obsessed—knows how to ship high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Passionate about wellness, performance, and building things that matter

Alignment with Company Values:

  • Think and act like an owner.
  • Operate with integrity.
  • Open and honest communication. You tell it like it is and prefer others to do the same for you.
  • Commitment to high standards and buy-in to a lean, efficient working style.

Location
