Quality Assurance Inspector II

DFW International Airport, Dallas, TX – Fully Onsite

$80–90K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits

Take your career to the next level with us! R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (R.M. Chin) is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector II. Individuals will be engaged with both airline and airport funded projects.

Qualification Requirements :

• Education – bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
• Experience – 5+ years of experience in Landside, Vertical, and Facilities construction inspection.
• Previous experience inspecting multiple construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

This role is responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field construction layout, making, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, tracking daily quantities, drafting daily quality reports, and monitoring field tests. Candidates must be proficient in performing periodic audits of the contractor’s quality control personnel and procedures. Candidates must interact with the contractor’s quality control team to obtain project documentation such as quality control daily reports and discrepancy logs.

Job Offer:

• Competitive base salary between $80 – 90K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
