In this role, you will serve as the Records and Information Management (RIM) Coordinator for the Spills Program. This critical position involves frequent collaboration with diverse team members focused on preventing, preparing for, and responding to spills. Given the emergency nature of much of our work, effective records management is essential to support our mission. You will work closely with the Information Governance Office and lead the program in developing records retention guidance and fulfilling public disclosure requests and litigation holds.

The Spill Prevention, Preparedness, and Response Programs mission is to protect preserve, and restore Washingtons environment. The Spill Programs vision is to create a zero spills world.This position is in the Spills Program's Statewide Resources Section, which provides internal coordination and support to team members working in spill prevention, preparedness planning, response, recovery, and program administration.
