Job Description

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the initiation and conception of new projects as well as for the final design that will be implemented in coordination with the appointed Project Managers and AM. Key Responsibilities: Provides operational assistance and feedback on potential design improvements. Provides technical expertise in all aspects of the customer solution, including infrastructure and product (e.g., scalability, security, availability, integration). Actively involved in pre-sales support activities, including RFI/RFP responses, sales calls, and general Q&A for customer prospects. Works with the Professional Services Director on client design concerns. Provides input in the selection of products and recommendation on how to improve services and increase company market share. Develops knowledge of the company's and customer’s environment to participate in customer discussions and facilitate integration recommendations to increase the pre-sales and post-sales customer satisfaction ratio. Keeps current on new technologies by attending training and seminars. Prerequisite: BS in computer/network/communications/engineering. Cisco certification is desirable: CCNA, CCDP. Recommended Vendors/Solutions knowledge: Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMware, F5, BlueCoat. 3+ years of experience (relevant to Solutions Architect). Dynamic, creative, and having a good spirit of initiative. Strong knowledge in networking and communications. A strong knowledge of the IP protocols. Proven time management skills and ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines. Excellent analytical, written, and oral presentation skills. Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
