Position Overview We seek an experienced Senior Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsible for managing FCL portfolios, supervising security personnel, and overseeing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and experience working with DCSA and other DoD/IC customers. Responsibilities Manage aspects under the NISP, ICDs, and other security standards for classified contracting. Act as liaison with DCSA and other agencies. Provide security guidance to various departments and management. Understand DOD clearance processing, adjudicative standards, and track personnel security clearances. Process classified visit requests and certifications. Handle FCL documentation and approvals. Prepare and maintain facilities for audits and inspections. Coordinate security and compliance training. Prepare DD Form 254s for classified contracts. Manage SCI nomination documentation. Control classified materials inventory and handling. Conduct investigations of non-compliance. Update entity information in NISS. Oversee secure spaces. Perform other duties as required. Required Qualifications Active US Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. 7+ years in industrial security and FSO responsibilities. Experience with SCIF operations and management. Knowledge of DoD and IC workflows. Understanding of security directives, NISPOM, and related regulations. Experience with USG information systems (NISS/DISS/eApp). Facility Security Officer Program Management certification. Leadership experience in security teams. Preferred Qualifications Active SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.
